Delivery

All orders shipped with UPS or freight where applicable. All orders are shipped with a UPS tracking number.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale. TrailWorthyFab.com™ requires that the product not be damaged, missing components or any documentation.All returns must be like new and unused condition.  If tires and wheels were sold mounted they must be returned in same condition.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.   All returns must be authorized and assigned an RGA by TrailWorthyFab.com™.

Custom order products or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and are non-returnable. Orders that include add-ons such as wielding or assembly are also non-returnable. Freight orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee + return shipping.

Shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. We suggest using a trackable carrier that offers insurance. On the exchange of defective products TrailWorthyFab.com™ will only pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only.

Warranty

All TrailWorthyFab.com™ products have a 30 day warranty excluding powder coating.
